The Woman Within® weekend was created by women for women. It is a unique opportunity to explore your essence as a woman and your life choices. A safe and nurturing environment is created so you can explore the power of who you are. A series of exercises, guided imagery and intense individual and group work is offered so you can see and transform what holds you back. Make choices about what you want to keep, what you want to deepen and what you want to release from your life. A one-on-one staff ratio allows for personal attention and ensures that you are witnessed and supported.

Connect deeply with yourself and other women
Woman Within Circles are a space unlike any other. So often in life, when we express ourselves we are met with judgment, advice or someone trying to "fix" us. Circles provide a space for women to be truly authentic, to be heard and to be received with acceptance and a deep level of understanding. In circle, we have the opportunity to explore who we are and who we want to be, and nourish ourselves through all the ups and downs of life. Join a circle today and deepen self-awareness, confidence and intuitive wisdom.
What to expect
- Each circle generally has between 5 and 10 women.
- There is no hierarchy in a circle, and women generally take it in turns to guide each session (except for the Woman Within Circle Training (formerly E-circle) which is guided by experienced women for the first 10 sessions).
- The guide may introduce a theme for the session or the session may be open for sharing on any subject (or a combination of both).
- Everything that is shared is held completely confidential by the circle. This is important for creating a safe and sacred space in which women feel able to speak their truth.
- Women are encouraged to speak from the heart and to own their feelings through using 'l' statements (e.g. 'l feel glad when...' instead of 'you feel glad when...').
- The speaker is not interrupted, and there is no judging, fixing or advising - the speaker is given time and space to explore her thoughts and feelings and in doing so is empowered to listen to her own inner wisdom. (A woman may choose to ask for advice or other women may offer suggestions in response if permission is asked to do so).

Gain listening and support tools as you join or start a Woman Within Circle. Usually held over the course of 8-10 weekly meetings following a Woman Within Weekend. You are invited to explore a range of different topics in a safe and supportive environment. It provides space for you to continue to examine who you are, and how you make choices and live behaviours. It is a place to learn greater emotional self-awareness and hone your communication skills with the support of like-minded women.
Circle Training could also be arranged for an interested group. Ask about availability in your area.
Witnessing and holding space for other women is an ancient and honoured tradition. Once you have participated in the Woman Within Weekend, you are then able to apply to staff a Weekend anywhere in the world. As a staff member, you co-create and hold the container for other women Staff volunteer their time and also pay to attend. As a staff woman there is much to be learned not only from the leaders of the Weekend, but also the many opportunities for self-reflection about self-leadership: how I show up and how I manage myself. There are many rewards to be gained through this powerful and sacred experience.
Woman Within International offer several additional workshops women may attend. The Woman Within Weekend is a prerequisite for many of these workshops. Click on the icons to learn more about workshops offered by Woman Within International.
